AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue to the Service of the Year ending the last day of June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,—

NNE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted ; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):—

Appropriation-1893-4.

OUT of the Consolidated Revenue there shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty, a sum not exceeding Four hundred and eight thousand and ninety-three pounds six shillings and twopence for the service of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule hereto.
