AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

[Assented to, i 3th January, 0193.]

HEREAS it is • necessary that Legislative authority be the year 1891, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year:

obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of Preamble.

Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. THE expenditure of the sum of Sixteen thousand eight hundred and eighty-five pounds twelve shillings, set forth in the

for the year 1891.

Excesses on Votes

Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund of the Colony.

to this Act.
