AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

| HEREAS it is • necessary that Legislative authority be the year 1891, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year: | W | obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of Preamble. |
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
| 1. THE expenditure of the sum of Sixteen thousand eight hundred and eighty-five pounds twelve shillings, set forth in the | for the year 1891. |

| Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund of the Colony. |
