AN ACT to apply a sum out of the Consoli- dated Revenue to the Service of the year ending the last day of December, One thou- sand eight hundred and ninety-two, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament.

ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; And be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):—

OUT of the Consolidated Revenue there shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty, a sum not exceeding Three Hundred and Ninety-four Thousand Four Hundred and Forty-nine Pounds Three Shillings and Fivepence for the service of the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.
