AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety.

[ Assented to, 26th February, 1891. ]

WHEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year 1890, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund of the Colony.
