AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety.

[ Assented to, 26th February, 1891. ]

WHEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be	Preamble.
obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year 1890, not included in any Appropriation Act for the year: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The expenditure of the sum of Twenty-eight thousand seven Excess es on Votes

hundred and ninety-four pounds eight shillings, set forth in the for the year 1890.

Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund of the Colony.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
