AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Three Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Two Hun- dred and Seventy-seven Founds Thirteen Shillings out of the Gener al Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thou- sand eight hundred and ninety.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have
authorized to be issued and applied out of the General preamble.
Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety: Be. it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend- encies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the', same, as follows:-

for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and ninety, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of Three Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-seven Pounds Thirteen Shillings for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One thousand eight hundred and ninety ; the said amount being appropriated as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or
Treasurer to pay on sums of money for the purposes aforesaid, not exceeding in the whole
Governor's warrant.
the sums respectively in that behalf specified in the Schedule hereto, as the Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.
