AN ACT to provide for the payment of certain Additional and Unforeseen Expenses in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- nine, over and above the Estimates for that year.

ending the thirty-first day of December, One thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, and not provided for in the Appropriation Act for that year, a sum not exceeding Six Thousand One Hundred and Forty-six Pounds Twelve Shillings and Seven Pence, the said amomit being appropriated as set forth in the Schedule to this Act.

2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or

Treasurer to pay on sums of money for the purposes aforesaid, not exceeding in the

Governor's warrant_ whole the sums respectively in that behalf specified in the Schedule,

as the Governor from time to time shall by warrant under his hand

direct.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
