AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

[Assented to, 29th November, 1889.]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be obtained

W1888, not included in the Estimates or Supplementary Estimates offor certain expenditure incurred for the services of the year

the year as passed by the Legislative Council : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council thereof as follows:

The expenditure of the sum of One thousand three hundred

and sixty-eight pounds eighteen shillings and seven pence:set forth ftrye„'„ 868s

in the Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby con-

firmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against

the General Revenues of the Colony.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
