No. IV.

AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

[ Assented to, 26th November, 1888. ]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

the year 1887, not included in the Estimates or SupplementaryW obtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of Estimates of the year as passed by the Legislative Council: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

The expenditure of the sum of Three thousand eight hundred and eleven pounds four shillings and seven pence, set forth in the

Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and Excesses on Vote allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the General for the year 1887.

Revenues of the Colony.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
