No. XXVIII.
AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty-six Thousand Six Hun- dred and Twenty-two Pounds One Shilling and Four Pence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend- encies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty-two Pounds One Shilling and Four Pence for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-eight ; the said amount being appropriated as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or

the sums respectively in that behalf specified in the Schedule hereto, as the Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.
