AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty-one Thousand Three Hundred and Fourteen Pounds Six Shillings and Three Pence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine.

W HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have

authorized to be issued and applied out of the General Preamble .

Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for such

services as shall come in course of payment during the year One Thousand eight hunched and eighty-nine: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend- encies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. THAT out of the General Public Revenue not otherwise by A

law specially appropriated there shall or may be issued and applied, Revenue iso8f9.the

for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty-one Thousand Three Hundred and Fourteen Pounds Six Shillings and Three Pence for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-nine ; the said amount being appropriated as set forth in the Schedule hereto.

2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or

sums of money for the purposes aforesaid, not exceeding in the whole

Governor's Warrant.

the sums respectively in that behalf specified in the Schedule hereto, as the Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.
