AN ACT to provide for the payment of certain Additional and Unforeseen Expenses in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- eight, over and above the Estimates for that year.

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Aus-

1. THAT out of the General Public Revenue, not otherwise by

and eighty-eight, and not provided for in the Appropriation Act for

that year, a sum not exceeding Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred and
