AN ACT to confirm certain Expenditure for the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

[ Assented to, 20th August, 1887. ]

HEREAS it is necessary that Legislative authority be

Wobtained for certain expenditure incurred for the services of

the year 1886, not included in the Estimates or Supplementary Estimates of the year as passed by the Legislative Council: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

The expenditure of the sum of Five thousand seven hundred Excesses on Votes

and sixty-six pounds eighteen shillings and one penny, set forth in for year 1886.

the Schedule to this Act, shall be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the General Revenues of the Colony.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
