AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-four Pounds Nine Shillings and One Penny out of the General Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

V authorized to be issued and applied out of the General Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend- encies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-four Pounds Nine Shillings and One Penny, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-seven ; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—

2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or the sums respectively in that behalf hereinbefore specified, as the Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.

sums of money for the purposes aforesaid, not exceeding in the whole

Governor's Warrant.
