AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Two

Hundred and Seventy-seven Thousand One Hundred and Seven Pounds Eleven Shillings and Five Pence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have

Wauthorized to be issued and applied out of the General

Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-six: Be it therefore enacted by

His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend-

encaes, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Cnuncil thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy-seven Thousand One Hundred and Seven Pounds Eleven Shillings and Five Pence, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-six ; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—

2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or

Treasurer to pay on sums of money for the purposes aforesaid. not exceeding in the whole

Governor's Warrant' the sums respectively in that behalf hereinbefore specified, as the

Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
