AN ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, beyond the grants for that year.

thousand four hundred and eighty-six pounds and threepence was granted and applied for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-four ; And whereas by a further Ap- propriation Act of the said Legislative Council, made and passed in the forty-eighth year of the reign of Her Present Majesty, No. 2 of 1884, the further sum of Twenty-three thousand five hundred and seventy-nine pounds and sixpence was also granted and applied for the services of the said year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-four ; And whereas there have been expended for the services of the said year, in excess of the several punts made for the several services, the sums in the account hereunto annexed, that is to say, in all the sum of Seven hundred and

twenty-four pounds seventeen shillings and one penny: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—
THE sum issued and applied for the services of the year, and eighty-four, beyond the grants obtained for the same year, that is to say, the sum of Seven hundred and twenty-four pounds
