AN ACT to provide for the Payment of certain additional and unforeseen Expenses in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- five, over and above the Estimates for that year.

[Assented to, 11th September, 1885.]

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have Revenue of the Colony the several sums hereinafter mentioned to provide for the payment of certain additional and unforeseen expenses for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- five, over and above the Estimates for the same: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council thereof, as follows :—

1. THAT out of the General Public Revenue, not otherwise by

and eighty-five, and not provided for in the Appropriation Act for that year, a sum not exceeding Twenty-five thousand and eighty- six pounds thirteen shillings and eightpence, the said amount being

appropriated as follows, namely :—

Two Hundred and Eighteen Pounds Four Shillings and Threepence.

Customs Department

Two Hundred and Fifteen
