AN ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, beyond the grants for that year.

thousand and fifty-nine pounds three shillings and eightpence: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

THE' sum issued and applied for the services of the year ended the thirty-first day of December, One thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, beyond the grants obtained for the same year, that is to say, the sum of Two thousand and fifty-nine pounds three shillings and eightpence, be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the general Revenues of the Colony.
