AN ACT to provide for the Payment of certain additional and unforeseen Expenses in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- three, over and above the Estimates for that year.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have authorised to be issued and applied out of the General Revenue of the Colony the several sums hereinafter mentioned to provide for the payment of certain additional and unforeseen expenses

three, over and above the Estimates for the same : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies ; by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council thereof, as follows :—

1. THAT out of the General Public Revenue, not otherwise by law specially appropriated, there shall and may be issued and applied n,:of
