No. XXV.

AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Two Hundred and Forty-five Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty-six Pounds and Three- pence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have authorized to be, issued and applied out of the General Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-four : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depend- encies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
