AN ACT to provide for the Payment of certain additional and unforeseen Expenses in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- two, over and above the Estimates for that year.

T HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have preamble.

authorised to be issued and applied out of the General Revenue of the Colony the several sums hereinafter mentioned to provide for the payment of certain additional and unforeseen expenses for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty- two, over and above the Estimates for the same : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and Its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council thereof, as follows:

Colonial Secretary's Department ... Fifteen Pounds.

Survey Department One Thousand Two Hundred

and Fifty-two Pounds Ten

Shillings and Fourpence.

Customs Department .. .. Six Pounds.

Works and Railways Department One Thousand Five Hundred

Pounds.

Postal and Telegraph Department	Six Hundred and Seventy-eight Pounds Six Shillings and Eightpence.
Land Titles Department ...	Eighty-two Pounds Ten Shil-

lings.

Harbor and Light Department Fourteen Pounds Seven Shil-

lings and Tenpence.

Judicial Department ... Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds.

Police Department ... One Thousand Two Hundred

and Seventy-one Pounds.

Gaol Department... Two Hundred and Eighty-one

Pounds.

R.ottnest Prison Department Three Hundred and Forty-five

Pounds.

Printing Department ...	Two Hunched and Fifty Pounds.
Poor Relief Department	One Hundred Pounds.
Works and Buildings ...	Two Thousand One Hunched

and Forty-five Pounds.

Roads and Bridges	One Thousand Pounds.
Volunteer Grant ...	Two Hundred and Twenty-five

Pounds.

Pensions ... Sixty-four Pounds Seventeen

Shillings.

Miscellaneous Two Thousand One Hundred

and Seventy-eight Pounds.

Treasurer to pay on Gov°	2. THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or sums of money for the purposes aforesaid, not exceeding in the whole the sums respectively in that behalf hereinbefore specified, as the Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.
