XIV ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Eighty-six Thousand Two Hundred and Four Pounds and Eightpence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for such Services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have ?ublic Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for such ervices as shall come in course of payment during the year One housand eight hundred and eighty-three : Be it therefore enacted by lis Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Depen- lencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Jouncil thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Appropriation-1883.

1. OUT of the General Public Revenue not otherwise by law specially appropriated there shall or may be issued and applied, for such services as shall come in course of payment during the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Eighty-six Thousand Two Hundred and Four Pounds and Eightpende, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty. first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty- three; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—
