AN ACT to appropriate the sum of Four Thousand and Twenty-five Pounds Two Shillings and Sixpence, in addition to the sum of One Hundred and Seventy-six Thous- and Two Hundred and Fifty-six Pounds Four Shillings and Eightpence, out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty.

HEREAS by an Act passed in the 43rd year of the reign of preamble.

Wand Seventy-six Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty-six Pounds FourHer present Majesty, No. 27, the sum of One Hundred

Shillings and Eightpence was voted for the service of the present year. And whereas the sum of Four Thousand and Twenty-five Pounds Two Shillings and Sixpence, in addition to such last-mentioned sum, is required to be expended: Be it enacted by His Excel-
