AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Sixty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-four Pounds Thirteen Shillings and Tenpence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.

- H E R E A S the Governor and Legislative Council have Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-one: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Appropriation of the

1 OUT of the General Public Revenue not otherwise by law specially appropriated there shall or may be issued and applied, for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Sixty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-four Pounds, Thirteen Shillings, and Tenpence, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-one; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—
