AN ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of. the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven, beyond the grant for that year.

HEREAS by an Act of the Legislative Council, made and

eightpence was granted and applied for the services of the year one

thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven ; And whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year, in excess of the

several grants made for the several services in the account hereunto annexed, the sum of seventeen thousand nine hundred and twenty- eight pounds twelve shillings and fivepence : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of the Coloy of Western Australia

and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the

Lekislatiye Council thereof, as follows :—

Excess of Expenditure, 1877.

Excess of Expenditure for THE sums issued and applied for the services of the year

1877.    ended the thirty-first day of December one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven, beyond the grant obtained for the same year, that is to say, the sum of Seventeen thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight pounds twelve shillings and fivepence, be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the general Revenues of the Colony.
