AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-four Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Eightpence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine

service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine ; Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Appropriation-1879.

1 OUT of the General Public Revenue not otherwise by law specially appropriated there shall or may be issued and applied, for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy- nine, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-four Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eleven Pounds, Fourteen Shillings, and Eightpence, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-nine; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—
