AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-three Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty-five Pounds Eighteen Shillings and Eightpence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven.

specially appropriated there shall or may be issued and applied, for Revenue for 1877.

the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy- seven, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-three Thousand, Two Hundred and Twenty-five Pounds, Eighteen Shillings, and Eightpence, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-seven; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—

2 THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or

sums of money for the purposes aforesaid, not exceeding in the whole Treasurer to pay on

the sums respectively in that behalf hereinbefore specified, as the Governor shall from time to time by warrant under his hand direct.
