AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and

Fifty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-three Pounds Three Shillings and Twopence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.

[Assented to, 31st December, 1875.]

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have preamble.

Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned for theWauthorized to be issued and applied out of the General

service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-six ; Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

specially appropriated there shall or may be issued and applied, or Revenue for 1876.

the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy- six, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-eight Thousand, Eight Hundred and Sixty-three Pounds, Three Shillings, and Twopence, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-six; the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—
