AN ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, beyond the grant for that year.

[Assented to, 17th July, 1874.]

HEREAS by an Act of the Legislative Council, made and

Majesty, No. 11 of 1872, the sum of One • hundred and four thin/card

passed in the thirty-sixth year of the reign of Her Present and sixty-two pounds four shillings and tenpence was granted and applied for the services of the year one . thousand eight hundred and seventy-three; And whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year, in excess of the several grants made for the several services in the account hereunto annexed, the sum of Nine thousand three hundred and eighteen pounds and eleven shillings: Be it enacted therefore by His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

THE sums issued and applied for the services of the year

and seventy-three, beyond the grant obtained for the same year, that is to say, the sum of Nine thousand three hundred and eighteen pounds and eleven shillings, be and the same is hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the general Revenues of the Colony.
