AN ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two beyond the grant for that year.

WHEREAS by an Act of the Legislative Council made and

passed in the thirty-fifth year of the reign of Her Present Majesty No. 15 of 1871 the sum' of Ninety-seven thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven pounds thirteen shillings and fourpence was granted and applied for the services of the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two ; And whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year in excess of the several grants made for the several services in the account hereunto annexed the sum of Eour thousand six hundred and eighty-eight pounds nine shillings and one penny: Be it enacted therefore by His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of Western Australia and its Dependencies by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:

eight pounds nine shillings and one penny be and the same

hereby confirmed and allowed and is hereby declared to be a charge

against the general Revenues of the Colony.
