AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-one Pounds Two Shillings and Sixpence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-four ; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof and by the authority of the same as follows:—
