S■ ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one beyond the grant for that year.

I HEREAS by an Act of the Legislative Council made and Preamble.

V passed in the thirty-fourth 3-ear of the reign of Her Present

desty No. 16 of 1870 the sum of One hundred and two thousand

ninety-eight pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence was

inted and applied for the services of the year one thousand eight

ftred and seventy-one ; And whereas there has been expended

the services of the said year in excess of the several grants made

the several services in the account hereunto annexed the sum of

iethousand seven hundred and forty-six pounds five shillings and
