AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Four Thousand and Sixty-two Pounds Four Shillings and Tenpence out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

[Assented to, 30th August, 1872.]

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have authorized to be issued and applied out of the General Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three ; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof and by the authority of the same as follows :—
