AN ACT to appropriate the sum of One Hundred and Two Thousand and Ninety-eight Pounds, Seventeen Shil- lings, and Sixpence, out of the General Revenue of the Colony, for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have Preamble.

Public Revenue, the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for theWauthorized to be issued and applied, out of the General

service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one ; Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 OUT of the General. Public Revenue, not otherwise by law Appropriation of the

specially appropriated, there shall or may be issued and applied, for Revenue for 1371.

the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy- one, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and Two Thousand and Ninety Eight Pounds, Seventeen Shillings, and Sixpence for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty-first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-One, the said amount being appro- priated as follows, namely :—
