AN ACT to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy, beyond the grant for that year.

thousand two hundred and ninety-four pounds was granted and applied for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy: and whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year, in excess of the several grants made for the several services in the account hereunto annexed, the sum of Fifteen thousand
four hundred and ninety-six pounds fifteen shillings and eleven
pence : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :
