AN ORDINANCE to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine, beyond the grant for that year.

| nsi HEREAS by an Ordinance of the Legislative Council made and passed in the Thirty-second year of the reign of Her present Majesty, No. 15 of 1868, the sum of Ninety-six thousand two hundred and seventy-six pounds was granted and applied for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine ; and whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year in excess of the grants made for the several services in the amount hereunto annexed, the sum of Eleven thousand two hundred and eighteen pounds, ten shillings, and one penny ; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Aus- tralia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :- | Preamble, |

sixty-nine, beyond the grant obtained for the same year, that is to say, the sum of Eleven thousand two hundred and eighteen pounds, ten shillings, and one penny, be, and the same is, hereby confirmed and. allowed, and is hereby declared to be a, charge against the general Revenues of the Colony.
