AN ORDINANCE to appropriate the sum of One Hun- dred and. One Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Four Pounds out of the General Revenue of the Colony, for the Service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have Preamble.

Public Revenue, the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for theWauthorised to be issued and applied, out of the General

service of the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and. its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of One Hundred and One Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Four Pounds for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty- first day of December, One thousand eight hundred and seventy, the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:—
