AN ORDINANCE to confirm the Expenditure for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, beyond the grant for that year.
[ 12th July, 1869.
HEREAS by an Ordinance of the Legislative Council made Preamble.
and passed in the Thirty-first year of the reign of Her present Majesty, No. 13 of 1361, the sum of Ninety-three thousand nine hun- dred and eighty-eight pounds was granted and applied for the services of the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight; and whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year in excess of the grants made for the several services in the account hereunto an- nexed, the sum of Four thousand six hundred and thirty-one pounds, six shillings, and one penny: Be it therefore enacted by His Excel- lency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as.follows :—

sum of Four thousand six hundred and thirty-one pounds, six shillings, and one penny be, and the same is, hereby confirmed and allowed, and is hereby declared to be a charge against the general Revenues of the Colony.
