AN ORDINANCE to appropriate the sum of Ninety Six
Thousand Two Hundred and. Seventy Six Pounds out of the General Revenue of the Colony, for the Service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have Preamble.
authorised to be issued and applied out of the General Public Revenue, the several sums hereinafter mentioned, for the service of the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
