e inthe Her present Majesty, No. 8 of 1866, the sum of Eighty two thousand and forty- five pounds was granted and applied for the services of the year One thousand eight hunched and sixty-seven : And whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year in excess of the grants made for the several services in the account hereunto annexed, the sum of Twelve thousand seven hundred and thirty-one pounds, seventeen shillings, and ninepence ; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency The Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:
