AN ORDINANCE to appropriate the sum of Ninety-three Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty-eight Pounds out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have author-

year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight ; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council thereof, and by authority of the same, as follows :—

THE Colonial Treasurer shall issue and pay such sum or sums of money for the purposes aforesaid not exceeding in the whole the sums respectively in that behalf hereinbefore specified, as the Go- vernor shall from time to time by Warrant under his hand direct.
