NO. VIII.

AN ORDINANCE to appropriate the sum of Eighty Two Thousand mid Forty Five pounds out of the General Revenue of the Colony, for the Service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.

[ 9th July, 1866. ]

HERE AS the Governor and Legislative Council have author-

ised to be issued and. applied out of the General Public

Revenue, the several sums hereinafter mentioned for the service of

the year, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven: Be it

therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western

Australia and its Dependencies, by and. with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof, and by authority of the same, as

follows :—
