AN ORDINANCE to appropriate the sum of Seventy Six

Thousand and Fifty Nine Pounds out of the General Revenue of the Colony, tor the service of the year one thousand eight hundred. and sixty-six.

7th July, 1865. ]

HEREAS the Governor and Legislative Council have

Public Revenue, the several sums hereinafter mentioned for theW authorised to be issued and applied out of the General service of the year, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six; Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
