AN ORDINANCE to confirm the Expenditure for the

Services of the year 1863, beyond the grant for that year.

[11/11 July, 1864.]

HEREAS by an Ordinance of the Legislative Council made

W1862, the sum of Sixty seven thousand, eight hundred, and threeand passed in the Twenty fifth year of Victoria, No. 17, of

pounds was granted and applied for the services of the year One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty three ; And whereas there has been expended for the services of the said year, in excess of the grants made for the several services in the Account hereto annexed, the sum of Seven thousand, three hundred, and twenty five pounds, twelve shillings: Be it enacted by His Excellency The Governor of Western Australia, and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof; as follows:
