AN ORDINANCE to appropriate the sum of Seventy Four Thousand and Thirty Eight Pounds, out of the General Revenue of the Colony, for the service of the year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five.

HERE AS the Governor and Legislative Council have Preamble.

authorised to be issued and applied out of the General Public Revenue the several sums hereinafter mentioned for the service of the year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia, and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council aforesaid, and by the authority of the same, as follows

THAT out of the General Public Revenue not otherwise by Appropriation of

Thousand and Thirty Eight Pounds, for defraying the charge of the Colonial Government for the year ending the Thirty first day of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five, the said amount being appropriated as follows, namely:
