| WH E R E A S we Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in | Parliament assembled have granted to Your Majesty the several sums |
| hereinafter mentioned for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three and for supplementing the Grants made by the present Parliament in its second Session for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales the several sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same That out of the said Consolidated Revenue Fund there shall and may be issued and applied |
