An Act to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales certain Sums to make good the Sup­ plies granted for the Service of the Year

1861-2. [20th January, 1862.]

Parliament assembled have granted to Your Majesty the several sums

WHEREAS we Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in

hereinafter mentioned for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two and for supplementing the Grants made by the present Parliament in its first Session for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales the several sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same That out of the said Consolidated Revenue Fund there shall and may be issued and applied

10. The Treasurer of the said Colony shall issue and pay the said several sums to such persons for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned u p o n such days and in such proportions as the Governor by any warrant or order in writing under his

and the payments so to be made shall be charged upon and payable out of the	hand and directed to the said Treasurer shall from time to time order and direct	Consolidated Revenue Fund of the said Colony.
11. The said Treasurer shall in his Accounts from time to time be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid by him in pursuance of such warrant or order in writing as aforesaid and the receipt or receipts of the respective persons to

Treasurer in passing his said Accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be therein mentioned and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly.
