An Act to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue F u n d of New South Wales certain Sums to make good the Sup­ plies granted for the Service of the Year 1859-60. [4th July, 1860.]

hereinafter men t ioned for t he service of t h e year one t h o u s a n d eight

hundred and fifty-nine A n d whereas we desire to m a k e good out of

credit for any s u m or sums of money paid by h i m in pu r suance of such w a r r a n t or order i n wr i t i ng as aforesaid a n d the receipt or receipts of t h e respective persons to w h o m t h e same shall be so paid shall be a full and valid discharge to t h e said Treasurer in passing his said Accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be there in ment ioned and he shall receive credit for t h e same accordingly.
