9 . The Treasurer of t h e said Colony shall issue and pay t h e said several sums
to such persons for t h e purposes hereinbefore ment ioned upon such days and in such
propor t ions as t he Governor by a n y w a r r a n t or order in wr i t ing u n d e r his h a n d a n d directed to t h e said Treasurer shall from t ime to t ime order and direct and t h e paymen t s so to be m a d e shall be charged upon and payable ou t of t h e Consolidated Revenue E u n d of t h e said Colony.10.
