HEREAS it is necessary to provide for the service of the

of the produce of the Revenue of the said colony, there shall and

IL AND be it enacted, that a sum not exceeding three thousand

four hundred and forty-three pounds, nineteen shillings and qmpeuce,

be. charged upon the Revenue of the said colony for the service of the

year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-one, and applied in the

manner following ;—that is to say,

Civil Establishment. For the expenditure of the Civil Establishment, a sum not exceed-

ing five thousand one hundred and sixty pounds, nineteen shillings;

For Revenue Services, exclusive of Establishments, a sum not ex- ceeding sixty pounds;
