An Ordinance for the appropriation of the Revenue for the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty and to provide for the payment of certain unforeseen ex- penses during the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-nine.
HEREAS it is necessary to provide for the service of the Preamble.

payment of certain unforeseen expenses of the year one thousand eight hundred and forty-nine, for which no provision was made in the estimate of that year ;—Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellen- cy the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, that out

For 1850, £8,679 is. II. AND be it enacted, that a sum not exceeding eight thousand
6d. six hundred and seventy-nine pounds, one shilling and sixpence, he charged upon the Revenue of the said colony for the service of the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty, and applied in the man- ner following ;—that is to say,
Civil Establishment. For the expenditure of the Civil Establishment, a sum not exceed-
ing four thousand nine hundred and forty pounds, one shilling and
sixpence;
